Allen-Bradley 1394 HIM error 5

Hello, I have an Allen-Bradley 1394 Servo controller. When I do to EEPROM menu in the HIM, and try to transfer from the HIM to the drive I get an error 5. I looked thru all of the

documentation, and could not find what this means. Does anyone know what this means? Thnak you!

Not saying this is it but the manual did mention " Important: The Drive/System must be disabled in order for the save Function to be executed properly."

Yes that is the problem. I tried with the drive enabled. Thank you!
