How to read a Modicon TSX Compact

Morning all, first off, when it comes to controls I’m pretty green so please bear with me. I have a bunch of old Modicon TSX Compact plc controllers. Some of them have randomly stopped controlling the outputs, I replaced the output card (module? I don’t know what to call it), but no change. I don’t know if the program is messed up, or the main board or something else. I want to read the plc but don’t have and can’t find the software to do so. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
