Error writing to PLC 5002000Dh

Hi all, whilst trying to write to my PLC I receive the following error and google returned no results.

Can anybody offer some advice, please?

Which version are you using ? 

Dis you reinstall the software ?

GX Works 2 Version 1.600A

 

I have not re-installed the software, It only errors when I choose symbolic information?

Any joy with this?  We have started to see it occur on L series PLC's around V1.591x and up.  Looks like it will go down without the symbolic but still testing
