GT Works 3 installation

I am having issues installing GTWorks3. Everytime i try to install i keep getting reboot without it installing.

 

Any ideas why? I have already used the clean up tool from Mitsubishi.

It appears that GXworks 3 Isntaller thinks some other install was started but not completed.
