Posted 3 May 2022 hi im new to omron and ladder. im trying to get the mombers from a analog input to be shown on a hmi screean how is tis done? i have sett up the hmi screan and tested with making a button that acts like a start button but i cant get the numbers from the analog inn to show on my (nummber innput component) in nb_designer pliz help btw plc = cp1L-L14DR-A with a CP1W-AD041 analog module. Posted 3 May 2022 (edited) Your first step is to locate the analog reading memory location in the CIO memory. It will be in CIO 1 to 4 depending on where it is wired. Once you locate it scale it and then use the Number Input object on the NB that references the address of the scaled value. Posted 3 May 2022 Another thing you'll have to do is write the range code to the configuration registers. If it is left as 0000 the input is disabled.
