P2P ON TCP/IP BY USER FRAME DEFINITION

I HAVE ML50 PLC(MLU-DN32HP).I AM TRYING TO READ ASCII DATA FROM ELAN CONTROLLER ON TCP/IP .FOR THIS I HAVE TO SE P2P WITH SER FRAME DEFINITION.USER FRAME DEFINITION IS BILT FROM (HEAD TAIL AND BODY).
TO TEST COMMUNICATION I AM USING HERCULES TOOL.
I AM ABLE TO READ PLC DATA ON HERCLES BUT HERCLES DATA IS NOT READ IN PLC.
PLEASE SPPORT TO BUIL PACKET BY HEAD , TAIL AND BODY .
