Factory Talk SE for SCADA.

3 posts in this topic

Hello,

I have a plant control system that is based on Allen Bradley L33-ER PLC with Allen Bradley Panel PC hosting Factory Talk Supervisory Edition for SCADA. The PLC is programmed using Studio 5000 version 30.00 and the panel HMI PC is programmed with FTView V8.10.

Previously the PC system start-up procedure was fully automatic. When powered on, the computer launches the HMI application after windows has booted. HMI has Windows 7 OS.

But after some experiences with sudden blackouts, the start up procedure is no longer automatic now. Automatic start up function somehow got disabled.

How do I enable this function again?

Thanks so much in advance for the help here.

If it worked before then you should have a *.cli file in the project directory. The *.cli file was likely created by the original programmer to execute the project. Place this file in the Windows startup folder.
