onboard analog inputs not being read on fx3ge-24M

Hello PLC maniacs,

I've connected my brand new FX3GE-24M with a load cell giving 4-20mA (checked with a multimeter across the terminals on PLC also and its working) to channel 1 of the analog inputs. I've even shorted V1+ and I1+ terminals. While programming I've used D8280 to know the value it is posting at input 1. But the data is not being read In the program and in the watch list. I have even turned off M8287 and turned ON M8280(coz its current input) What may be the reason that the input digital values are not being read into the program and in the watch list.

I have a deadline this month so please respond

If you leave the terminals "open" (no sensor) and put it to 0-10VDC mode (M8280 = off)
Check with a small battery if you can sense the 0-10VDC input on D8280. 
Also check if input no. 2 is getting the signal.

I think remembering the analogs for FX3GE where coming in on the 2nd module. So please check via batch monitoring also the range for D8270-D8279
