Panel View 800

Hi,

Currently am using Panel view 800 (2711R-T7T). HMI working for the past 9 months without any issue. It's communicated with L30ER PLC (Ethernet).

From yesterday itself it showing Green, Red, Blue and Black and White screen (like Chessboard). Power restart also tried, it's not working.

I have never seen that exact sort of display behavior on a PanelView 800, but it's surely a self-test process for the display driver section.  

It won't hurt to power down the terminal, disassemble it, and look for a damaged cable or debris causing a malfunction.

But otherwise, it probably cannot recover and needs to be replaced.

Your status light is red in both pics, so I'm assuming it's solid red. Page 103 of the manual says that's a non-recoverable hardware failure and advises to replace the terminal. Sorry it's not better news.
