Panel View Plus 700

Hi everybody, 

I just signed up for this website, I'm looking to upload a file from this Panel View 700 but for some reason I'm not able to pull it down to my computer, I'm able to communicate with the HMI as I can see the files in the internal storage but when I try to pull any of them I get an error (I attach image on this post). If anybody has an insight of why this is happening I would appreciate any inputs or things I can try to solve this.

Can you share the model number of the Panelview and the version of FT View you're working in?
