I am not able to COMMUNICATE the plc FX3U-30MR with the requested 16 expansion board. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks!! Posted 4 Nov 2021 I've never seen such a module, looks like its a third party device, definitely not made by Mitsubishi. It has a bus connector on the left side for the side of the PLC, so where does Modbus come into this? It really looks (and I can't read that language) like the Modbus is an output from this new module for connecting other devices. It appears the I/O should just follow on the controller's addresses. FX3U-32 has 16 inputs, X0-X7, X10-X17, if you add an input card, it should appear at X20-X27 and so on. Same for outputs. They are Y0-Y7, Y10-Y17, so next output module would be Y20. When you say you've connected to the PLC's A+ and B-, the FX3U does not have such connections. So I am confused what you are trying to achieve. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
