MCGS HMI programming

I can not upload program from MCGS HMI by MCGS embedded con.... Software.

When I go to for uploading program then communication failed has come.

I can not making communication with my MCGS HMI.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Note: when I go to install software that a massage come.that is "There are no parallel port in this computer or parallel port is disabled.can not install parallel port dog driver.

"Parallel port dongle driver", perhaps?

I'm not familiar with this software,  but it sounds like it enforces a proprietary license with a security device that connects to a classic parallel port.
