CP1W-CIF01 couldn't connect to NB7W-TW00B HMI using RS 232 cable

I have successfully downloaded the HMI program into NB7W-TW00B, but there is no display on the HMI because the communication indicator which is connected by the RS232 cable doesn't light up. 

I have verified the wiring and pinout of the RS232 communication cable. What else can be done to troubleshoot this issue?

Verify the setup of that port.

Guessing it should be Host Link or Sysmac Way, then the correct baud rate information.
