Im experiencing frequent faults on 4 servo drives at the same time and was wondering if anyone had any information on what the fault means? SAFE FLT-09. Obviously its a safety fault but i cannot locate anything pointing to what the "09" means. Thnks in advance

From Rockwell's fault code spreadsheet:

Safe torque-off function mismatch. System does not allow motion. Safe torque-off mismatch is detected when safety inputs are in a different state for more than 1.0 second or safety inputs re-trigger quicker than 1.0 second.

The two safety inputs for the safe-torque-off function must change state together, and not flicker, with a tolerance of one second.  Trace your safety wiring.
