New laptop - strange problem with CX-P

I have just installed CX-One on a new laptop. When I use the scaling function block by Michael Walsh and compile I get the attached message - have never seen it before. Never had it on the old laptop and do not have it on the desktop either. CX-P does not like the +0.0 etc when putting in the REAL scaling values.

The decimal separator must be the same in the Windows Regional Settings than in your FB.
