How to use the Write_Var

I have been trying to use the Write_Var without any success on a M221. Below is some of the information I have. I need to send them via Modbus RTU. Any help will be much appreciated.

Slave ID: 5

Address: 1999

Count: 43 Register

Size: 86 Bytes to write
