How am I going to send the variable tag value of ABB1_T3_C to TEST_INTERNAL. 

How to do this in cicode? please send me some input. i tried this but it doesnt work.

Your assignment statement is the reverse of what you described.  The variable to the left of the equals sign receives the result of the expression to the right of the equals sign.
