Mitsubishi Q04 to Q13 Running program issue after upload

HELLO

I'm new to Q series, my objective was very simple, I only need to replace Q04 with Q13 model because I have memory issue. I uploaded the same program to Q13 but some Inputs were not responding. What did I miss? I only change the PLC module type on GX work and uploaded it to the CPU.

When you say inputs,  do you or inputs from an input card or commands given via an HMI / SCADA system ?

Continuing with Gambit’s comment; are you using Profibus or some other fieldbus for the inputs?
Local I/O should be fine, but you would need a DP2 file for Profibus devices as an example. Further to that, you will need to update the autorefresh for the I/O devices to get a cyclic update from the fieldbus.

Did you upload the program, or the program and data memory?  It's possible if you didn't upload the numeric data that it is all zeroes in the new controller.
