First off, I believe you can only make drawing objects rotate. You will not be able to rotate a pushbutton or numeric display. Select the desired object on the display and on the Animation tool bar, select Rotation. This will open the animation tool with the Rotation tab selected. There are several options available, such as rotating the object in place, rotating it around another object or point of interest, or combining animations to have it move across the display while rotating. (Be aware that combining animations will slow down display performance).

If you're just wanting to have a wheel rotate in place, you'd select the center button on the Center of Rotation grid. You will need to assign a tag or expression to make the object rotate, then pick an expression range to determine what makes it rotate, what direction to rotate, and how fast it will rotate. This is usually a trial and error procedure, until you get the desired results.

This can be really tricky the first time you try it in FactoryTalk Studio. If you have any real trouble with it, take a screen shot that shows the object highlighted with the Rotation animation tab open, then post here so we can see your code and help you with it further.

If there is any trouble I will share you the screenshot.

Alternatively, you could rotate your graphic x degrees in a graphics program (like MSPaint 3D, Corel or PhotoShop). Save it then use them both directly on top of each other. Use the visibility to alternate them. They will appear to rotate if you adjust your graphics properly.
