Beckhoff twincat forcing output

Why I can't force an output as I "please". I mean lets say I have an output to run conveyor and if I login in Twincat and double click on it to make it TRUE then press F7(force variable) it does not work even thou in normal cycle it works just fine and more so if I just change program in a way that instead of an output I have 1 to run the conveyor it also works.

If you want to force an output try it directly on your I/O-terminal, there you can online force each channel.
