3g3mx2 error when auto tuning

hello i try to do auto tuning with omron 3g3mx2-aw/b004 with in a motor 230v 0,09kw 0,73A but i always get error on the screen. i tried with stop and rotation and doesnt result with any of them. at the beginning the inverter start to make same noise to do auto tuning but suddendly stops and display error. (_ _ _ _/) i've tried it with two different inverters and motors and always get the same output. i've already tested both motors and they work. thanks best regards
