Omron Cp1e plc modbusRTU connection

Hallo Sir, I want to connect Omron PLC CP1E to Ascon m9-3151-0000/C servo temperature controller with modbus RTU connection and I have a CP1W-CIF11 module to connect indicator with CP1E. ,but I have no experience in RTU Modbus communication in the PLC. please give me solution.
