I am trying to get an updated tags list from RSLogix 5000/CompactLogix L30ER to Maple Systems EzwarePlus. When I try to make the connection, the windows spinner just spins and then th Ezwareplus System Parameters goes to not responding.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what could be causing the system not to connect?
