QJ71MT91 - Z.MBRW Instruction

I am currently working with a Q02HCPU in which I have installed a QJ71MT91 module and configured it to read from a slave device via ModbusTCP  using the Automatic Comm. Parameters and has been working just fine. 

However, I now came to the need of writing to the same slave device. To do so, I plan to use the Z.MBRW instruction because I would like to write at specific times when I chose. After following the ladder needed to execute the Z.MBRW instruction from the CPU manual, I have attempted to execute the instruction multiple times but puts the CPU in error mode with error code 4004 (Instrct. Code Err) when executing instruction every time. 

I have attached two pictures, error 4004 and Z.MBRW instruction ladder, for further reviewing. 

Has anyone been successful in executing and writing with this instruction?
