PLC issue in Mettler Toledo FBRM model D600L

FBRM is a laser based process analytical tool required for in-situ crystallization process monitoring in reactor systems. After switching on the system, the PLC is not functioning properly and laser is not getting emitted from diode. The box (having PLC) is making some clicks kind of sounds intermittently. Need help in resolution.
