Cx-Programmer 9.7 Keyspan USA-19HS

I haven't had to use a serial connection to a CP1 PLC in a long time. I have just had to and found that my Keyspan USA-19 crashes CX-Programmer 9.7. This happens on both Win7 Pro and Windows 10. Cx-P locks up and the only way to recover is to go to task manager and kill the application. I can then restart Cx-P but cannot connect to any omron PLC even using an ethernet driver. The only way to be able to connect again is to restart the computer. I know it's the Keyspan USB-Serial adaptor because I have an ADAM-4561 that I carry as a spare and It works fine.

Did you update the driver for the Keyspan?

Latest Driver I think. KSPN 3.7.0.5 This fault happens on 2 separate machine.  The USA-19HS is working though as I can use it via "putty" and communicate to PLC's in no protocol mode
