EcoStruxure Machine Expert-Installing help files

Hello everyone,

I installed V1.2 by using the installer to download the files and then install offline. The program installed fine and works well but I have not been able to install the help files.

I have the files downloaded and following instructions I started the installer and clicked on Modify installed software Customize Version>Help files, but then I get a blank page.

Anyone knows how to?

The solution was to do a new install.
