Posted 24 Aug 2020 Did the system used to work without faulting? It usually means there is a grounding problem but if a system has been working for years and suddenly gets this then it could be a PLC going bad. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted 24 Aug 2020 so what is the WDT preset? and what is the PLC scan time? probably WDT value does not have sufficient margin so from time to time, scan time exceeds WDT limit. for example PLC may run slower at some times like when connecting or doing online edits or some data manipulation using loops etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
