Migrate a S7 300 PLC system controlling

Urgent Help needed
I have to migrate a S7 300 PLC system controlling a plant which is currently in operation, from SIMATIC NET V6.3 to V.15
Present condition is:
CPU :S7 300
OPC Server: V6.3
PC Station : Windows XP , 32 bits
PLC CPU-315-2 PN/DP

Is required ( Keeping the PLC as it is , and while the plant is in operation)
To Upgrade PC Station to 62 bit Windows 10
To upgrade OPC server ( as far as I know , is the V15 in order to support XP, 64 bits)
