Dear all

What is the problem with this HMI

When I canect power terminals this screen appears

Is the program lost ?

Note: there is no battery .

Is the battery can affect the operating system and the program ?

It's a communication issue. Do you know the communication parameters?

Touch two corners of the screen simultaneously to access the system menu.
