13 posts in this topic

Hi,

I have a plc s7-200 (224xp) and a hmi op320-a, made the programs and download both, but the hmi don't connect with plc. the cable is correct like manual (op side pins 1-9 to plc pin 3, and op side pins 6-8 to plc pin 8) but the hmi just show CONNECTING... and never ends.

someone could help me, need add some configuration to plc? or another pin configuration cable?

 thanks.

Hello ,

Have you set correctly the address of PLC on HMI project? Communication rate also?

Are those parameters mach on both sides?

Add some screenshot with communication settings from both projects, PLC and HMI.

Hi,

COM1 port, same configuration of communication: rate, stop bit, ...

But I don't find at the microwin sp9 how to include the another hmi, just find to configure td200.

Hi,

Microwin dont know other operating panel than TD200.

On other software that you use, you must select type of plc, method of communication (ppi, modbus RTU, ProfiBus...), plc address, communication rate, mailbox, ....

Sometimes is necessary to create into plc program a communication function.

Therefore you may need to set your port to communicate as Modbus, or RS232 ASCII, or something else according to your HMI.

I never used OP 320, so I suggest you to check on manufacturer web page for examples.

Good luck!

let's try again, kkkkkkkk

the cable is correct like shows manual, the port is correct likes shows manual, the panel software is correct (because is so simples, that couldn't wrong), I need make the plc read the information of hmi...

so, for example, how can I make to plc read the bit M0.0 at hmi?

At panel, I put one button to force on M0.0, and other button to force off M0.0 (should be V0.0 too, or only one mommentary button).

At plc program, it's just could make this =>  ---I M0.0 I-------( Q0.0 ) ?

or uses NETR to take VB0 at port 0 (or port 1), or uses XMT... or other function (because netr and xmt, don't works sucessfully)

Try the following -

1. Reset the PLC to "factory settings"

2. Connect to the PLC with Microwin and check the port settings - see chapter 7 of the S7 200 manual - use the default settings.

3. Enter the these settings into the OP320 software and save the project.

4. Download your PLC Program and the OP320 configuration

5. Check the OP to S7 200 cable for correct connections (as per your first post)

6. Check Hardware version of Op is being used with correct version of software (from the manual) -

Hardware V3.6 requires Software ver 3.6

Hardware V4.0 to V6.xx requires software version V6.5

Hardware bversion V7.0 to V7.xx requires software version V6.5/V7.0/V8.0

Hardware version V8.0+ requires software version V8.0

7. Power down PLC & HMI

8.connect Op to S7 Cable

9.Power Up PLC & HMI and test

Hola, despues de 1 año no se si habras podido solventar el problema, tienes un problema en la conexion del lado del Op320, solo se conecta el 8 y 9 y muy importante que sea modelo A-S . Si aun tienes dudas hazmelo saber.
