Simatic logon

hello everyone I have a problem with Simatic logon..

in startup window i have some buttons that have authorization according to their work.. when i work with only user administrator every think is going according to me.. when i enable logon after that login was successful but when i click on button there is messages " not operator authorization " plz help me... wincc user administrator or Windows user name both are identical..
