Can't storing logging data from GP Viewer EX to CSV file format

Sir, I have a problem storing logging data from GP Viewer EX to CSV file format. the GP Viewer screen displays an RFAA026 error that is "The specified folder does not exist on the server. Check the external storage for the specified folder". I do not understand about the folder in the server but for the external storage folder is correct. can anyone help
