FX3GT password decode

How to decode the 16 bit password for FX3G PLC. The PC in which password file is stored got formatted.  Please share the method to crack/recover the program without clearing PLC memory.

Then you need to contact Mitsubishi Electric in your country and see what they can offer you.  Repeated posts here about this topic will not be tolerated, and I have seen 2 so far.
