problem with wincc flexible

Hi guys !!

I have a problem with my WinCC flexible.

when I create my project with WinCC and step7 the window of Runtime cannot be running!!

I use WinCC flexible 2008 sp5 windows 7, 64 bit.

the problem has fixed !!

i changed the IP address of HMI
