Error GX Work 2

Hi everyone, Now I have trouble with Gx Work 2 software. When I open this software it's announced an error "System stop failed. Please restart Windows."

I don't know the reason. 

Please help me.

Restarting windows didn't help ?

Have you reinstalled the software ?

I already restarted windows and reinstalled the software but It's can't work.

I already used melsoft clean up tool , then reinstall software , but it's can't work , please help me.                                                                                                                                                 Thank you .

You should contact Mitsubishi technical support for more help if the clean up tool and reinstall did not fix your problem.
