I am no CITECH Expert, but if you can get an *.txt file out often times renaming it to *.csv is all you need to do for excel to process it properly.

so instead of Calling the file .txt in my citect setup, I name it .csv and it could work? Sounds to easy,

Any other feedback?

If you mean Tag List to Excel there are Execl DBF Addin include with your setup files. After install them you can use MS Excel to read tag list (when you open Addin first time they will ask for master DBF that install on "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Citect SCADA 2018\User").
