Good morning, i keep receiving this message on a plc i am trying to remote in, it says it is version 15.4, however i have version 20 installed in my pc, what should i do?

You need to install version 15 in addition to version 20.  You can have multiple versions installed.

To confirm Tim is spot on as usual.  I have revisions 12 thru 31 installed on my system.
