Posted 5 Mar 2020 Just trying to understand, are you new to Omron? That is a Watch Window. Go to the View pull down, then Windows, then Watch. Click on the Address Column then enter the address.

Posted 5 Mar 2020 Right, having it working now. Still don't understand why if the equation is Y/X x S + Offset+Result that we have 6000 in HEX as X representing 6000 divisions of the analog with 2710 in HEX as Y representing 10000 millimetres that we get the result we do. I would expect the 6000 divisions to be 1770 in HEX for X. Is it that the analog divisions are 6000 in HEX not decimal? I did test and verify with a potentiometer and got the expected results at 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 VDC input. Now I just need to find out why my LASER is not linear as the literature stated, that however is not an Omron problem but a IFM problem. Thanks for your help GTSUPORT. Posted 17 May 2021 SCL instruction converts unsigned binary to unsigned BCD. SCL3 converts signed BCD to signed binary. An offset can be entered. Please see programming manual for examples. https://www.omron-ap.com/data_pdf/mnu/w451-e1-03_cp1h_cp1l.pdf?id=1778 gtsuport
