Thanks for the replies. I downloaded w226 document as you advised. In that document it shows only 6 dip switches but the PLC I have, CQM1H CPU21, has 8 dip switches. Can you please answer if you can suggest the updated document or the meaning for other 2 switches? Rgds, Fyat

Yair's post shows all 8 dip switches: 7. On: Use peripheral port for handheld console only. 7. Off: Use peripheral port for Toolbus connection. 8. On: Reports Model as C200HG; use when using CX protocol 8. Off: Reports Model as CQM1H; use when using CX Programmer.
