MIMO

LS PLC with wincc 7.2 MODBUS tcp

Good day,

I am so confused as I am a beginner.

I recently got PLC XGB DR30SU with communication module XBL-EMTA

All I need to communicate with wincc 7.2 using MODBUS TCP.

I need to display plc I/O status on wincc.

I failed to do that because I do not know how to define the addresses between PLC and wincc

Is there any ladder instruction at plc to send the PLC I/O status to a specific address that can wincc recognize?

Attached is the settings of modbus tcp at PLC software.
