help me on CJ1M, pls.

Dear all, 

I have a problem with my hydraulic drilling machine ( Furukawa HCR1500 EDII), that is equipped with CJ1M-CPU11 PLC. When it is working, it often stops because of 80CF/0F0F error . But when I remove all cables, it is normal.

I change many PLCs, but get the same errors.

Pls help me.

80CF is an I/O bus error.  Check the interconnection of I/O modules.

0F0F is not showing in the manual.

Please refer to manual W393 for further information.
