Pro-face GP 370-LG11

Hi, everybody I am a new forum member and I am asking for help from You . I have got a Pro-face GP 370 -LG11 touch-screen display and I have got a problem too with it. I would like to upload a program to GP display ,but I get a message from GP.This message is "GP not responding". The GP manual write what I have to do at display in order to I go to Off-line mode": press the top left corner of the GP screen with in 10 second whiching the power on".But the display doesn't offer the option. I can't switch at Off-line mode the display so I don't entry to the transfer menu. So I'm asking : What can I do? Thank you in advance. Best regards

Sounds to me you looking for the reset button which is in the corner of the case a little hole, or if you dont find it take the screen power off and on again. Hope this helps
