Wire labels

5 posts in this topic

Hi just wondering if anyone else is having problems with wire labels. UL decided our company has to use them. If you knew any tricks to keeping them neat and straight please share.

Thanks Crystal

Yes, do not go to work drunk, hung over, or high and then labels should be straight. :kewl:

Clean dry hands! One order of wings and you're gonna have problems all day!

I use heatshrink labels for single conductors. There's not really a trick other than what @NevergoldMel said about clean dry hands. And using a tiny flat blade screw driver to help with insertion.
