Is there any function for Mitsubishi PLC to perform as a Modbus Slave?

What type of modbus are you intending to use?

Mitsubishi Q do support the use of Modbus Serial and Modbus TCP.

I will use QJ71MT91(TCP IP) as a modbus slave to sent information. Is there any sample for this?

Initial settings such as the IP Address can be set in the intelligent module setup utility, what software are you using?

This module also requires initial logic to start/stop cyclic operation.
