Posted 12 Oct 2018 The productivity series of PLC's are good. They have an established base and are reliable. Tech support is also well done. Software is a free download.https://support.automationdirect.com/products/p3000.html This software will program the entire series of productivity. P1000, P2000, P3000http://accautomation.ca/series/productivity-1000-plc/ Regards, Garry
Posted 18 Oct 2018 Analog and temperature inputs and analog outputs are the reason your price is so high. Those are not cheap, on any PLC. You're talking about 30 analog inputs (including the temperature ones) and 5 outputs. That's a lot for most small PLCs.
Posted 25 Oct 2018 For the last few years now, we use Omron NX remote IO. With these price per Analog Input/Output drop a lot compare to PLC Rack card. You can use Omron PLC or you can use your PLC brand with Ethernet/IP communication.
