Maybe you use USB thumb drive to upload new project to HMI. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB9ySpsk9Rc and follow with this link. https://www.schneider-electric.co.in/en/faqs/FA291147/ Edited 26 Sep 2018 by Wasan 1 person likes this

First create runtime file on USB thumb drive as in link below. Plug USB thumb drive on HMI GTO then go to runtime configuration and check that there are usb download or factory setting or not. https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/faqs/FA198743/ https://www.schneider-electric.com/en/faqs/FA213692/

Posted 19 Feb 2022 Contact Schneider and see what options you have. No discussions are allowed here about how to bypass passwords.
Posted 22 Feb 2022 I found this article:https://www.se.com/ww/en/faqs/FA280118/ It goes over restoring the HMI to factory default settings using the runtime installer. I don't know if it will prompt you for the password or not. If so...see @Crossbow's advice above. Disclaimer: I have no experience with Schneider HMIs; that was the result of a quick Google search.
