PLC GUIDE2 AND UPGRADE CX PROGRAMMER VER 5

THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR MR JAY ANTONY.... SIR SORRY TO DISTURB YOU BUT I CANT GET THE LOCAL DISTRIBUITOR OF OMRON TO GET ME THE "OMRON PLC GUIDE2" AND HOW CAN I GET AN UPGRADE FOR MY SOTWARE I HAVE CX PROGRAMER VER 4.03 THEY TOLD ME THAT VER 5 IS OUT ....HOW CAN I GET THE UPGRADE.....I COULDNT FIND IT IN THE OMRON WEB SITE..... NEED YOUR HELP THANKS

From what i know is there is no upgrade from ver 4 to ver 5, u have to purchase a new one.

Not sure where you are but here in Canada we bypass the distributors and go directly to Omron Sales Office for software. If you are a registered user of version 4 you can get version 5 at a reduced price.

In Ozz we purchase our upgrades, at a reduced price, from the distributor.

We have a "Maintenance Package". For a yearly fee, we get all the upgrades automatically. Our distributor was happy to help us out with this.
