Problem failed to start ladder engine

Hello my brother and sister at this forum, please help me, my problem is after i make ladder diagram and iam click button simulation -> Work online simulator ( CTRL + SHIFT + W ) then appear warning  "failed to start ladder engine", what a problem?? thanks before

I've never seen that error. I noticed you have CX-Programmer v9.5. Mine is currently v9.6. You can try to update your software for a possible solution.

My first goto for software issues is do you have FULL ADMIN rights on the PLC you are using?

As I mentioned in 2017, do you have full admin rights on the PC? 

Do you have the latest software?  Is your version compatible with your version of Windows?

I have the same problem. Please uninstall all about omron software (cx-one, cx-supervisor, nb-designer, sysmac studio, etc). Then please delete all file at OMRON folder (Program Files (x86)--> delete OMRON folder). Reinstall the CX-one. Done!. I use windows 10 64 bits.

In program compatibility settings, changed the compatibility to windows 7 and it worked.
