Rslogix 5000 701-8004250B Error controller not coming online

controller is not coming online with rslogix 5000, but i can ping the ip from the pc.

getting the error message says "controller failed to come online - error 701-8004250B"

AB has a knowledgebase article about that error that requires TechConnect access:

Basically, if your RSLogix 5000 was open while flashing the controller firmware, the path in the software is not correct.  They say to close the software and try again.

I have the same issue with CompactlogixL43 VIA  Studio5000; I can ping the controller sucessfully,but Rslinx wasn't showing the controller in RSwho.

Appreciate it if anybody can help me out !

Agreed if you can ping and not see in linx, harmony files might be the issue. Delete Harmony or just make a new driver.
